Big thanks to all who organized and helped with the Daddy-Daughter campout and Ward Lake Day! It was a great success!
This week is back-to-school for many of our youth: extra prayers welcome.
Today is a good day to review your fire safety and earthquake emergency preparedness! This Peachland Post link has some good links and reminders about 72-hour go-bags and how to contact church friends during an emergency.
Reminder that the LA Temple will be closed for cleaning Aug 11-2525. Our stake cleaning day is Aug 19, Tues, anytime from 6 am - 1 pm (must have temple recommend to help).

Beginning August 17th, we meet Sunday afternoons at 12:15 in the Relief Society Room (excluding Fast Sundays and Stake and General Conference Sundays). Joining a ward choir is being part of a community of like-minded people who appreciate, and even prioritize singing praises to God. But we can, and do, accomplish much more.
